Refund Policy

A one-time credit pack may be refunded only while every credit from that specific purchase remains unused and unreserved. There is no separate time limit under the current policy while the entire pack remains unused.

Once any credit from the pack has been used, the purchase is non-refundable. We do not provide partial or proportional refunds for a partly used pack.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. A paid membership makes member-only tools, downloads, licenses, and digital resources available immediately. Because digital access cannot always be returned or reliably reversed after it is granted, we cannot generally refund an active paid period.

This rule applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions. A yearly plan is billed for the full year while its credit allowance is issued monthly.

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time. Cancellation does not create a refund for the current paid period. Your plan and member benefits remain available until that period ends, and no further renewal charge will be made after cancellation takes effect.

An upgrade may take effect immediately and may require an additional payment. A completed upgrade payment is generally non-refundable once the upgraded benefits and credits have been delivered.

A downgrade does not create an immediate charge or refund. The current plan remains active through the paid period, and the lower plan begins at the next renewal.

Confirmed duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, undelivered purchases, major technical failures, and refunds required by applicable law or our payment provider may be reviewed separately. These limited exceptions do not create a general right to refund a completed subscription or used credit pack.

We may update this policy as our products and billing systems change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
