Acceptable Use Policy

You may use ColoringDaily to create and print wholesome coloring pages for personal, family, classroom, library, daycare, tutoring, homeschool, and permitted commercial creator use.

Prompts, uploads, and outputs must be suitable for a general audience and must respect the rights, privacy, and safety of other people.

You may not use ColoringDaily to request, generate, upload, download, sell, distribute, or promote content that includes or encourages:

• Sexual, pornographic, NSFW, adult, nude, explicit, fetish, or sexually suggestive content.
• Any sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or suggestive depiction of minors.
• Graphic violence, gore, torture, cruelty, self-harm, extremist activity, illegal activity, or instructions for weapons or wrongdoing.
• Hate, harassment, bullying, threats, demeaning stereotypes, or abusive content targeting protected or vulnerable groups.
• Impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, face swaps, identity abuse, privacy violations, or non-consensual use of another person's likeness.
• Copyright, trademark, brand, celebrity, character, or other intellectual property infringement.
• Attempts to bypass safety systems, including prompts that ask for uncensored, unfiltered, hidden, or policy-evading output.

To keep ColoringDaily safe, user-supplied text prompts are screened through Creem's Moderation API before AI image generation starts. If a prompt violates this policy or is flagged for review, the request is blocked before it reaches an AI model or consumes credits.

We may also limit, suspend, or close accounts that repeatedly violate this policy or attempt to bypass moderation.

Creator and Studio may cover commercial use for eligible outputs generated from your own prompts or permitted uploads while the plan is active. This permission does not apply to public-library files or public coloring books.

Commercial use does not allow prohibited content, rights infringement, misleading claims, unsafe resale practices, or use of characters, brands, celebrities, trademarks, or other material you do not have permission to use.
