We collect limited website usage information so we can understand which pages are useful, whether the site is working well, and which printable pages visitors choose to open or download.

This may include page views, approximate traffic patterns, page performance, search result counts, download clicks, device or browser details, and the referring page. Search analytics are recorded as aggregate metadata, such as query length and result count, rather than the raw search text.

When the site reports a technical error, we may retain limited diagnostic information such as the affected route, request ID, browser and operating-system family, device category, language, approximate country or region, and a short anonymous client fingerprint. The fingerprint helps us identify repeated failures; we do not retain the raw IP address in the error record.

If you sign in, we may store account information such as your email address, basic profile details from your login provider, plan status, and future saved items or workspace activity. We use this account data only to provide account features.

If you use AI generation tools, we may process prompts, upload references, generation settings, and generated output metadata to provide the service, apply content safety checks, prevent abuse, and support your account history. Currently, these features are powered by the GPT Image family of image models (gpt-image-2) provided by OpenAI through our model service providers; we may update the underlying models over time.

We currently use these analytics services:

• OpenPanel for privacy-conscious website and product analytics. We use it to understand sanitized page views, entry and exit pages, download clicks, search result counts, and feature usage without sending raw search text, account passwords, or payment details. We may also use sampled session replay on public content pages to understand navigation, clicks, and scrolling. Inputs and user-provided text are masked, uploaded and generated images are blocked, and account, internal, payment, and search surfaces are excluded from replay.
• Plausible for privacy-friendly website analytics, self-hosted on infrastructure we control. It collects only aggregate page view and referrer data without cookies or personal identifiers.
• Google Ads for advertising conversion measurement. In the EEA and the UK, the Google advertising tag loads only after you accept optional advertising measurement; elsewhere it loads by default and you can reject it at any time using the Privacy choices button. When a signed-in purchase is confirmed, we may send Google Ads the order reference, value, and currency for attribution and duplicate prevention. We do not send full payment card details.

We may display advertising on ColoringDaily through Google AdSense and similar third-party advertising partners to help keep the printable library free.

These partners may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com, and manage other advertising partners’ cookies through aboutads.info or your browser controls.

Where required by law, for example in the EEA and the UK, advertising cookies are only used after you give consent, and you can change your choice at any time using the Privacy choices control described below.

Account authentication and database services process the basic profile, session, plan, credits, and activity information needed to keep an account secure and provide signed-in features.

If you purchase a subscription or credit pack, our payment provider processes the transaction. We may receive billing status, product, amount, customer, subscription, refund, and payment-reference information needed to deliver credits and manage the purchase. ColoringDaily does not store full payment card details.

We use analytics to improve navigation, page performance, printable page quality, search experience, and the overall site structure. We do not sell visitor data.

Our coloring pages are intended for families, teachers, and caregivers to find printable resources. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information through the website.

You can limit analytics collection by using browser privacy controls, blocking scripts, or clearing site data in your browser. You can accept, reject, or revisit optional Google Ads measurement at any time using the Privacy choices button. Where advertising is shown, you can reject personalized advertising through the same control or through Google Ads Settings. The printable library can be browsed without creating an account.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data associated with your account at any time.

You can request account deletion by contacting ColoringDaily support at support@coloringdaily.com. Please send the request from your account email address so we can verify it. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved items, and generation history; we may retain minimal transaction records where required for tax, billing, or legal obligations.
