By browsing ColoringDaily, downloading printable pages, opening coloring book PDFs, or using optional account features, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy.

If you use ColoringDaily for a classroom, library, daycare, homeschool group, tutoring group, or other organization, you are responsible for making sure your use is permitted by that organization.

ColoringDaily provides digital printable coloring resources for personal, family, classroom, library, daycare, tutoring, and caregiver use. These resources may include single-page PDFs, themed coloring book PDFs, printable previews, search and browse features, and optional saved-item or studio features.

All resources are digital files or web experiences. We do not ship physical goods.

Some optional features may require an account, including saved items, workspace features, or future personalization tools. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account.

We may suspend or limit access if an account is used to abuse the service, bypass technical protections, redistribute files in ways not permitted here, or violate these Terms.

Paid plans and one-time credit packs are digital purchases. Prices, billing periods, included credits, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider; ColoringDaily does not store full payment card details.

You are responsible for reviewing the selected product and billing period before completing payment. Taxes or payment provider charges may apply where required.

Credits are account-based units used for eligible generation tools. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be resold. Different tools or quality settings may use different numbers of credits.

Subscription credits refresh monthly. For yearly plans, the monthly allowance is issued on the subscription anniversary day each month rather than all at once. Unused subscription credits expire when the next monthly allowance is issued. One-time credit packs do not expire under the current policy.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not remove access before the current paid billing period ends.

Upgrades may take effect immediately and may require an additional payment. Downgrades and billing-period changes take effect at the end of the current paid period. The applicable timing is shown before a plan change is submitted.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable because member-only tools, downloads, licenses, and digital resources become available immediately and cannot always be returned after access is granted. A one-time credit pack may be refunded only if every credit from that specific purchase remains unused and unreserved. See the Refund Policy for the full rules and limited exceptions.

ColoringDaily aims to keep public printable pages free to browse and download. We may update, remove, reorganize, or replace pages, PDFs, categories, collections, and features over time.

We do not guarantee that every file will remain available forever or that every page will meet every printer, curriculum, device, or accessibility need.

Public-library resources are licensed, not sold. In general, you may print ColoringDaily public pages for your own personal, family, classroom, library, daycare, tutoring, homeschool, or small group activity use.

You may not resell, redistribute, upload, publish, package, or claim ColoringDaily public PDF files, source images, illustrations, text, or organized collections as your own product. A paid plan or one-time credit pack does not expand the public-library license.

Eligible outputs generated from your own prompts or permitted uploads while Creator or Studio is active may be used in your own commercial printable products, subject to third-party rights, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the License & Usage page for more details.

ColoringDaily, its site design, text, resource organization, public printable files, and original illustrations are owned by ColoringDaily or its licensors. Usage rights for outputs you generate are described on the License & Usage page. We do not guarantee that an AI-generated output qualifies for copyright protection or that it is exclusive to you. Third-party names, marks, and services belong to their respective owners.

If you believe content on ColoringDaily should be removed or reviewed, contact us at support@coloringdaily.com with the page URL and enough detail for us to evaluate the request.

Do not use ColoringDaily to request, create, distribute, or promote unlawful, harmful, infringing, adult, hateful, unsafe, or abusive content. Do not scrape the service, overload it, bypass download protections, or use files for machine-learning datasets or model training without written permission.

AI generation prompts, uploads, and outputs must not include sexual, pornographic, NSFW, nude, explicit, fetish, adult, or sexually suggestive content. They must also avoid sexualized minors, graphic violence, hate, harassment, illegal activity, deceptive impersonation, privacy abuse, and intellectual property infringement.

ColoringDaily is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColoringDaily will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms as the site changes. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the current version was last revised.
