License & Usage
Public-library files and outputs you generate yourself have different usage rights. This page explains personal and classroom use for public resources and commercial use for eligible outputs created under Creator or Studio.
What You May Do
- Download and print ColoringDaily pages for your own personal, family, classroom, daycare, library event, tutoring group, homeschool, or caregiver use.
- Make reasonable printed copies for your own students, children, participants, or household activity.
- Save downloaded PDFs for your own future permitted use.
- Link to ColoringDaily pages from a classroom newsletter, resource list, blog post, or family activity plan.
What You May Not Do
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the PDF files.
- Upload ColoringDaily files to public websites, file-sharing services, marketplaces, social platforms, or shared drives intended for broad distribution.
- Package ColoringDaily files into your own paid or free product, bundle, membership, course library, or download collection.
- Claim ColoringDaily resources, illustrations, text, covers, PDFs, or source files as your own original product.
- Remove branding, copyright notices, license notes, or source references where they appear.
- Use ColoringDaily files for machine-learning datasets, model training, automated scraping collections, or bulk asset extraction without written permission.
Free Pages and Coloring Books
Free single-page PDFs and free coloring book PDFs may be opened, downloaded, and printed without a paid account. They are still licensed resources and may not be resold, republished, or redistributed as standalone digital files.
Purchasing a subscription or a one-time credit pack does not expand the license for public-library pages, public coloring books, source images, or organized collections.
Outputs You Generate
Outputs created from your own prompts or permitted uploads may be used for personal and classroom projects. If a Creator or Studio plan is active when an eligible output is generated, you may also use that output in your own commercial printable products, subject to these terms and the rights of others.
Commercial-use permission applies only to eligible outputs you generated through your account. It does not include ColoringDaily public-library files, public coloring books, templates, site copy, source files, or organized collections. One-time credit packs add credits only and do not change your plan or license scope.
Eligibility is determined by the plan active when the output is generated. Later cancellation does not remove the permission already granted for that eligible output, provided your use continues to follow the version of these terms that applied at generation time.
Commercial-Use Limits
- You must own or have permission to use every prompt, upload, reference image, brand element, and other input.
- No plan grants rights to copyrighted characters, celebrities, brands, trademarks, or other third-party material.
- You may not resell an output as a standalone stock asset or claim rights that you do not legally hold.
- You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or selling them and for meeting marketplace rules.
- ColoringDaily does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity, non-infringement, or acceptance by Etsy, Amazon KDP, or any other marketplace.
Classroom and Library Use
Teachers, librarians, daycare staff, tutors, and homeschool organizers may print copies for their own group activity. If you want to distribute the digital files beyond your own group, link to the original ColoringDaily page instead of sharing the file itself.
